This photograph is not dated. To be Vickers, Sons and Maxim it must have been taken between 1897-1911. Vickers, Sons and Co. Ltd became Vickers Sons and Maxim Ltd after ammalgamating with Maxim-Nordenfelt Guns and Ammunition Co. Ltd., in 1897. After 1911 it was known as Vickers Ltd.
