Lord Mayor Enid Hattersley (1904 - 2001) with trade unionist George Caborn and his wife on the right and child care specialist Professor Ronald Illingworth and his wife on the right. Professor Illingworth was professor of Paediatrics at the University of Sheffield (1947-1975) and expert on child health and development.
