The whole of which will be sold buy auction, Mr Bardwell, at the Tontine Inn, Sheffield.

On Friday, the 3rd day of February, 1826.

Lot 1: all that substantial and commodious messuage or dwelling house, at or called Tapton Hill, which the barn, stables, cowhouse, and other outbuildings, fold, garden, and appurtenances, thereto, .. and the following closes all surrounding the homestead, viz, The Spink Field, The Wheat Field, the Upper Allotment and the Lower Allotment.

Also includes Endcliffe Grange (lot 13).

Lots 1-14 'adjoin, or are near to the new Sheffield and Glossop Turnpike Road [Manchester Road].

18 lots in total.
