Built 1833, believed to be 3 cottages transformed into one long narrow structure. Supposedly has a ghost, an occupant of one of the cottages was savagely knifed to death and according to regulars the ghost turns glasses upside down, spills drinks and footfalls are heard coming from the upper floor. P.H. consists of two rooms one small the other was used for turns or acts on Friday and Saturday night in the 60's and 70's. The pub once had a pub sign saying Station Inn and Station Hotel as its main wall painted name. It took 140 years after first becoming a beer house to get its spirit licence.
