Also visible at the top of the image is Tinsley Bridge Spring Works. Tinsley Park Cemetery on Barleywood Road is just visible on the extreme right.

The date would possibly be late 1960s when the additional buildings at the south of the site had been constructed to house the training centre and possibly just prior to the takeover by GEC and subsequent sale of the site. It was then used as a storage and distribution centre for Whitbread Breweries from the early 1970s and is still currently in use for that purpose (2017) by the DHL Trade team, the building forming part of the Tinsley Industrial Estate.
