Notes:	Herbert Morrison (1888 - 1965) was Home Secretary and Minister of Home Security (1940 - 1945). The hostel was named after Sir Samuel Osborn, chairman of the Sheffield Juvenile Court magistrates. The hostel accomodated 20 boys.
