Carved for the 1996 Sheffield Childrens Festival by local children from Daniel Hill; Nether Green Infants; Pipworth; Springfield; Tapton and Westways Schools under the supervision of artist, Jason Thomson. The carving depicts many creatures including: a spider; ladybird; bat; owl; butterfly; flower; large fish; worm and a squirrel. Located in the Childrens Play Area, Harcourt Road side of the Park between Crookes Valley Road and the Lake.
