Notes:	Sir John Osborn was the Conservative MP for Sheffield Hallam, 1959 -1987. He was also technical director in the family company, Samuel Osborn and Co. Ltd. Amongst other roles, he served as Parliamentary Private Secretary to the Commonwealth Secretary. Pictured (l. to r.) John Osborn MP; Right Hon.
