Notes: | All that valuable freehold residence called Broombank, situate in Clarkehouse Lane ... with the large yard, coach house, stable (for three horses), outbuildings, pleasure and kitchen gardens, and land adjoining thereto, lately in the occupation of Mr Francis newton, the deceased owner.
