Last year we passed a motion making Sheffield the first UK city to have a Menopause and Period Equality Charter. Today local groups and organisations came together to progress it, discussing period poverty and what the Charter should include. Women represented included Cllr Julie Grocutt, Cllr Jayne Dunne, Ashiana, SAYiT, IDAS, Disability Sheffield, Community Youth, IRise, Firvale Community Hub, Public Health and DACT.
