Memorial reads In memory of the Rev. Edward Newman, 3 years curate and 24 years vicar of this church and parish and previously a missionary in Jamaica and Southern India. This tablet is erected by mebers of the congregation as a tribute of affection and esteem. He died on June 13th 1880, aged 67 years. |
