In 1901, as part of Sheffield district Wesleyan ministerial circuit reorganisation, the Rev. Joseph Manning removed from Woodhouse to Derby after serving his full term and was succeeded as Wesleyan minister for Woodhouse by Rev. John R. Robinson.
