If returned to the Council with a working majority, the Citizens Party pledge themselves to give immediate effect to the following SIX POINTS

1. An immediate reduction in rates by rationing all spending Committees on a definite basis.

2. Cheaper weekly return tram fares for all classes of workers.

3. Houses to let at cheaper rents for workers with small incomes.

4. To promote definite schemes for work for the unemployed, and make every effort to improve trade.

5. Restore control of the City affairs to the people rsquo;s expected representatives.

6. Maintain efficiency in all essential social services without extravagance and stop all forms of wasteful expenditure.

VOTE FOR THE CITIZEN CANDIDATE.
