Situated in West Don Street, in the Ecclesiastical District of St. Philip's, on a freehold site containing a nett area of 2000 square yards, purchased from Mr. Robert Budd. The superficial area of the rooms is 7661 feet, and the cubical contents 126, 752 feet, and there is accommodation for 747 scholars. This school was opened October 13th, 1873. The contract was 4530; the extras 2s. 6d.; and the cost of the site 2s. 6d., exclusive of furniture and some fittings.
