From a collection of photographs relating to Helmut Franke.

Helmut Franke (born 1926) served in the German Luftwaffe during World War Two. On capture he was held as a Prisoner of War at various locations including Sheffield Camp No. 17 (as well as Norton Cuckney, Nottinghamshire and also near Newcastle, Bristol and Hull) between Mar 1945 and Jun 1947.

The exact location of this photograph is not clear.

Teioruouse (?), Thieluouse (?), Jorger, Hasselfeldt, Rava (?), Ewous (?), Israel, Schmidt B, Walther, Zubel (?), Teibel (?), Oswald, Was (?), Becker, Bolder (?), Golraitz (?), Garadek (?), Germaild (?), Jager, Krause, Covelet, Franke.
