Lot 2 a parcel of valuable building land with a frontage to the Halifax and Sheffield turnpike Road called the Large Kittling Troughs.

Lot 3 cottage, house, yard and garden (tenant George Procter).

Lot 4 an eligible building site called Burrow Lee Close, with a valuable frontage to the Halifax and Sheffield turnpike road) (tenant John Bramall).

Lot 5 a parcel of building land with an extensive frontage to the Halifax and Sheffield turnpike road, called the paddock (tenant John Bramall).

Lot 6 a valuable building site comprising the mansion House of Burrow Lee, with cottage, offices and farm buildings (Occupation Road, including site of North Fence Wall, Saw Croft Field), barn Field, Round Meadow, etc) (tenant John Bramall). [The Burrowlee Land Society bought this and Lot 5, and helped develop housing on what became Broughton Road, Burrowlee Road, Burnell Road and Park View Road.]

Lot 7 a parcel of valuable pasture land now in one allotment, adjoining, and forming part of the park of Hillsborough Hall, called part of Upper Moor Leys, including Machin field, Common Field (tenant trustees of the late James Remmington).

Lot 8 a parcel of building land with a frontage to the Turnpike Road from Manchester to Sheffield, called The Town Field (tenant Joseph kay).

Lot 9 a valuable building site called the Big Town Field with a frontage to the Turnpike Road (tenant Joseph kay).

Lot 10 a parcel of building land with a valuable frontage to the Turnpike road, comprising the Middle Field and part of Machin Field with part of road (tenant James Roberts).

Lot 11 a parcel of building land with three valuable frontages to the Turnpike and public roads, called the Well Field and part of Machin Field (tenant James Roberts).

Lot 12 a close of excellent pasture land, and eligible building site, called the Top Field (tenant James Roberts).

Lot 15 Near Piper Ing, Far piper Ing, Little Piper Ing (tenant Joseph Kay).

Lot 16 a very eligible building site called The Croft, and part of Town Field (tenants Joseph kay and John Fowler, esquire).

Lot 17 farm hose, outbuildings, barn, stable, cow house, and fold yard, orchard, garden and Barkers Croft) (tenant Joseph Kay).

Lot 18 a close of pasture land at Worral called The Cow Ing (tenant Thomas Turner).

Lot 19 croft, shop, house, yard, barn and garden (tenant Thomas Knott)
